I am naruto12900

I am in the process to learning to code and am pretty horrible at it i am looking for a full time Web Designer to create Mini Sites for Niches to the CPA Network.
By full time, After one Website is completed there will be another one to make unless i see your work as absolute garbage. Lets get down to business

Requirements:

1. Graphics Designer
2. Fluent in Html/css/php

Things im personally looking for :

1. Muti - Language speaking indivual who is french. Or Whom taken french classes.

Simple i will show you examples No bigger than 3 pages. 2 of the pages are just text.

Payment:
