Thoughts on this expired domain stats.

Hello people.

I just lately got into finding some expired domains though this one was unintentional. I was actually thinking of a name to use for my domain and actually bought it. Then I checked the stats and saw this ...

Hopefully this stats will help me with some SEO boost?

Stats looks good. How many ref. domain based on Majestic? You need to check all the links carefully. Because this metrics doesn't mean anything until you make sure link profile is fresh and solid. Also please check web archive. Make sure it was not used as PBN already or Chinese domain.

It has 37 referring domains with about 10k backlinks from them (all related to the niche). As for web archive it was actually a niche site so it wasn't used as PBN and the niche site itself was up for 2-3 years it seems (about 7 years old domain).
