Thoughts on similar profiles

Hello, does anybody have any thoughts on profiles with

- the same profile picture but the md5 is changed
- the same posts and content but the md5 has been changed
- similar usernames where the pattern is like: cars_modded_ABC, cars_modded_DER, cars_modded_RET

but whilst taking all of this to account............... these profiles are spread across the globe so not geographically local. It's just preferable to me that all of my child accounts are similar but wondering if anybody has any data or done some testing to categorically so that this is a no no for insta, thanks

This is okay, it doesnt matter.

As far as the md5 is changed, thats ok too but make sure you use a proper tool for this
