Thoughts on services like this? (Indian freelancers)

I used payoneer or Paypal but they are getting ridiculous with the fees and even their conversion rates are very bad. I mainly get affiliate payments via a US virtual account.

I googled and found many services like:

Indians may know, they look like start-ups started by IIT people, I don't how reliable they are for freelancer payments. They claim to offer much lower fees and live conversion rates. Does anyone have a take on this?

Heard good things about Skydo, but honestly, have you looked into Wise? Might be a decent alternative to the usual suspects.

I hear you on those fees; they eat into your earnings like crazy. Have you checked out Wise (formerly TransferWise)? Might be worth a look for lower rates.

I did try Karbon, they are identical to Payoneer, just with 1% fees and live conversion rates. Basically get a multi-currency virtual account (USD, EUR, GPB etc.), share account with your clients and receive payments.
