If you want long-term results, keep away from them. Only buy high quality guest posts which although will cost you several times more but will reduce the chances of getting hit.

If you want to buy backlinks I would recommend Only High DA backlinks they will cost you but will be helpful in ranking your site.

You can buy a subscription of semrush and copy your competitor's links. Some hire freelancers to get the job done.

This could be safer as there's no penalty on your competitor. Most of the sellers here can't even secure a top 10 position on their own.

It depends on your website. If your sole interest is just for raising traffic regardless of anywhere. Focus more articles on long tail keywords and increase more keywords might do better. Some experts believe it improves topical authority which pulls up your rank. This maybe true but I can't confirm it.

If it's an Ecommece website. Those local top xx listicle websites gather alot of the top slots and they gather real organic traffic with intent to purchase. Those might worth the monies.

High DA, DR etc. is deceiving. nowdays you can make a new site with DA50+ in weeks.

You should check only one thing (IMO): The site's traffic !

Check how much traffic the site is getting from search traffic. Don't fall into DA, SpamScore and other invented metrics.
