Thoughts on N-Ster

I recently came across a post which mentioned n-ster, which has a social publisher similar to mylikes. I was very excited to start using it because the content is very good and posts can offer up to $40 cpm which is awesome. However i did some research inquiring about the legitimacy of the website and all i found out was that it was registered in NIGERIA... Now i don't mean to generalize but that is definitely cause for concern. Since I can't find anything else about it online I was wondering if anyone else has tried their program.

So no one has used the website? Was hoping to get more info about it.
