So, this Thursday Instagram will probably launch Threads. It's an alternative for Twitter.

You can already find it in the app and play store, and the website threads.net is live.

What are your thoughts about it? Is it going to replace Twitter? Are you going to use it?

It's the same as Instagram's limit/policy. I think it's a new feature on Instagram built with a different app. For now, it's only like Twitter Lite. It will be a long journey to see the full feature.

It’s a Twitter clone. Why Zuck, why. It reminds me of when Google launched plus. There has to be a USP and in my opinion they don’t have one.

Can't search on trends or words, can't switch accounts easily. And if at the end it will work out, I think it will increase ghost accounts on Instagram to post anonymous on Threads.

Edit: oh, and if you want to share a reel you made on Instagram, you just get to see the url. Great connection...
