Thoughts on FatJoe link building services?

Can anyone who has used these on their sites or their client sites review/speak about if their link building services are value for money?

I'm looking to outsource some of my link building moving forward to grow the amount of clients I can take on.

Fat Joe seems to be good value, but would just like to hear your thoughts (or recommendations on any other link building services)
