I was looking at this recently as of 2 weeks ago and the price shot up unexpectedly.

From what I've seen Craig Wright creates a compelling case

What arguments did he make you think make a compelling case?

From my POV right now what I see is a bunch of traders complaining they bought at $400+ and are now 50% down or something.

Also that crazy shit about CW being Satoshi just makes me cringe. It's so fucking obvious he isn't Satoshi, it's borderline schizo to be pretending to be someone you're obviously not.

It follows the original whitepaper and scales low transaction fees for cross border remittance.

Speculative trading is one thing - utility is another

What crazy shit ? He's literally being sued to split $5 billion

My thoughts on the matter is the following:
-CW was probably around the bitcoin industry/community in the early stages of its creation(first few years)
-He was maybe part of the team that worked on btc in its early stages
-He has a lot of knowledge about blockchain and crypto
-He is insane
-Emotionally speaking I dislike him and would not want him to be Satoshi

Conclusion there is very real but low chance (maybe 1-2% ) that CW is Satoshi ergo have 1-2% of BSV in your portfolio as a hedge against that risk.

You've gotta be an idiot to touch BSV or anything that Craig Wright is involved with. This guy is a scammer, fraud and has a track record of lies & forgeries.

There are many "fake" bitcoins out there, you'll be fine as long as you realize that EVERY fake bitcoin is created with intentions of taking/stealing your BTC from you.
