Thought I would ask the Pro's

I am trying to figure out what kind of script or software program this is using. It explains it here: hxxp://my*direct*connections*com/index*php and shows a video demo when click "take it for a spin" it looks similar to the spiderweb control panel also. Any help of what it is or where I can get it would be appreciated. Thanks,
