Those "Nice thread. Best of luck with sales" posts

i think i have posted in another users sales thread maybe half a dozen times
and its curious to disable your sig for the post. its common knowledge most people dont
and use it as only a means to spam there product there, some people have manners
some do not.

turn the feature off or on is mods choice, but if members where more prudent to others
sales threads, they wouldnt have to, like that will happen, i say turn it off diss allow all sigs
in sales threads other than thread owner.

if u need sales from spamming a sales thread you must suck to begin with if your own
service cant garner traffic from other sources.

Lol, it's not just sales threads. On a daily basis I see morons posting stuff that is of no use to anyone. I used to point it out occasionally, and I still poke fun at it sometimes, but in the end it is what it is. I think your idea and intentions are great, but it happens in all sections/threads. I know the BST's are a bigger deal for obvious reasons. It would be nice if the forum could sort of police itself in some ways, but I wouldn't expect much from the type of ppl that typically do this.

PS. I didn't see the SS's that were posted, so I'm not referring to anyone in particular.
