Those 'Looking to hire a SEO expert' threads are funny

I've seen a few such threads already and most people are looking "SEO experts" who:

• is expert in coding
• has a degree in marketing
• can solely manage all the OPs projects
• can adjust all fundamental CLS and other Core Web Vital issues on the fly
• on-page expert
• off-page expert
• Could bring thousands in traffic, OP provides the website
• Can work for 3 $ per hour, 5$ if proven results

Has anyone actually hired someone here who needs to freelance but can do all these things him or herself?

The forum is full a great SEO guys no doubt, just wondering who is writing these HAF threads with unrealistic expectations.

I have outsourced a few people from this forum but expecting to get that kind of guy for less than $50 a hour seems pretty unlikely to get and in general if someone was to approach me like that I would not reply back since normally just cheapskates or dumb people

Not bad my system if you do it traditional fight style each person grabs a bottle of whiskey whoever wins the fight gets to decide how much they pay or if you are employer if you can bonk the other on the head you get free labour but sadly if you lose the bonk game they can demand any wage .

A guy wanted Guest Posting outreach for $0.25 per backlink on other forum and had budget of $100 but I refused when people here are asking $150 or more guest post outreach and google has started penalizing backlinks from websites without real traffic like PBN backlinks in recent Core Google update.
