Tho Simple linkwheel - How is best for SEO?

I have two different ways to implement linkwheel.
I would like your advice to decide what would be best to use
Would be good to explain that do not master the English

I have around 15 websites with PR4 and PR3 from the same domain, this domain is a free host similar to blogger.c0m with 2 million pages indexed.

none of these subdomains are connected to one another, all links are from external sites.

I will begin to explain how I'm going to link these sites with a map and a detailed explanation

1. all sites talk about a single keyword "niche" EX: "natural food"
2. The sites will only have an external link to the next niche
3. The main site is already contained PR3or4 now let's call it mydomain.com
4. the other sites to form the linkwheel is hosted on different domains, from now on be called web1.B.com, web2.C.com, and so web3.D.com
web1.B.com EX: naturalfood123.blogspot.com - web1.C.com EX: natfood.110mb.com

web1.mydomain.com PR4 -> web1.B.com -> web1.C.com -> web1.D.com -> web1.E.com -> web1.F.com -> web1.G.com -> web1.H.com
web2.mydomain.com PR3 -> web1.C.com
web3.mydomain.com PR3 -> web1.E.com
web4.mydomain.com PR3 -> web1.G.com

The Second Linkwheel is: Simple

what I am trying to achieve with this is to create a micro-community on a keyword that will be made up of about 50 - 100 interlinked sites without being penalized by bigg

I don't think you'll have a problem. You're not blatantly direct linking to all of your money pages from spammy pages.

If you did something like:

web1.b.com --> all of your domains than that would be a problem, but by running it around all over the place, you're building authority. If the topics are all related it's expected that there will be overlap in places linking to other places of the same topic.
