This would be my dream website to run :)

Hi folks,

I've been thinking of create different social network tools and making research on this. I came across carwix.com. It is a social network for car lovers. I am a car enthusiast. That would be ideal for me to run a website like this. Whoever created this website, they think out of the box and they deserve a recognition. If you can please pass this on where ever you feel like on the web, that would be a big help to let more people know about this.

My dream website to run is XVideos.com. Man I would love that job.

Aside from the obvious self promotion......Lets be honest its a black hat forum so anything goes but a more subtle approach would have worked better.Heres what I think are the obvious flaws in your site.

I cant see how you could get the car owner information without people signing up. Chances of that happening en-masse are less than Zero.

You cant really use your phone or laptop while driving so the occurences of people hooking up in the traffic would be less than zero.

The main reason drivers would like to contact other drivers is to punch their head inside out for cutting them up in traffic. You have put some effort in but most of the benefits of your site are already used by waze.com and thats a site thats not taking off with millions of $ of investment

This thread is so lame, I mean who would write something like this "If you can please pass this on where ever you feel like on the web, that would be a big help to let more people know about this." about a site they don't even own or are related to. Worst method of promotion ever, you should have been straight up and maybe someone would even register or help you promote it.

I wonder what he was doing all this time...
If he had been able to give thanks to some people
on BHW may be he could have done better.
I mean if he had spent time actually learning from
so many great methods shared here.

Funny Thread, like the way he said this is my Dream Website, lol!

Well try to copy it, but do not overkill the process. Add some of your own twists, try brainstorming for a couple of weeks first. Don't just copy it from head to toe... Good luck!

At least he took action, built a site, and tried to market it, and learned something. The question is will he quit, or forge ahead.

A little constructive criticism might help him do better next time.

But damn that was funny. . . .
