Those tools will accelerate your link building and will help to rank your sites quickly. You can do them manually as well but it can be tiring process.

Convert the doc file containing your article (with the main keyword linking to money site) into pdf format and submit it to pdf sharing sites.

For converting you can use doc2pdf.net.
