What is youtube buffering? is that like where videos skip while watching them? haha. Get off the dialup people it is 2014. Fiberop FTW!
 
OP: This method will load the whole video at once, right? Wouldn't that bring traffic issues when you watch a 1080p video on youtube as it downloads it all?

YES, easier to say than to do, especially when there is no fiber at your area :D and the best ISP provider that could provide you internet is the one that gives you only 1Mb Download and 256Kb Upload :D
 
thanks OP, was just able to watch a 4k youtube video with no pausing to buffer (watched the same video before and it took about 20 minutes to fully buffer)

It's not just about your connection. Even with a good connection sometimes YT won't load 360p videos or they lag a lot. Other times it will load an entire 1080p video very quickly (I did some trick forever ago to make it load the whole video).
 
This is effective but the comments are not visible.. thats why it loads fast.. great share op it will help me if my internet runs slow..

My internet connection at home is pretty slow and this helped a bit, so cheers bayshorekid.
