This whole SEO thing

Yes yes another noob, another day I know but I think It's safe to say that I am a hard worker and I'm willing to put in tons of time for this if only someone is willing to give me directions and the starting point, I know absolutely nothing about internet marketing. Not asking for spoon-feeding just some simple directions.

i have many questions like if you have a ready website with hosting and everything, now how are you supposed to drive traffic to it, it's like throwing a rock in the middle of the ocean.

SEO, in my eyes, is about link building, optimizing your site, and social media presence. These are the things that have worked for me in the past and currently. Start social media accounts on Instagram, facebook, Pinterest, and twitter. to drive traffic. Reddit is also awesome if you can figure out how to get around the down vote zombies.
