Unless the password has been leaked somewhere I dont think there’s a way to reliably get any account password?
To check for possible leaks (you won’t learn the passwords though) you can enter an email at Have I been pwned
Edit: I’m not so sure what this service you screenshot even is, maybe just a gigantic list of common FB passwords? In that case it could bear a little bit of weight but you’d still have to find the actual password of an account from probably hundreds or thousands

I don't think it works because it violates security and privacy policies. If this website really does it, FB will go crazy

This is hard to believe and I guess it's not possible to retrieve the password that easily, you should consider carefully before renting.
