Agree with that NFTs are BS

Though that guy made probably significantly more as the NFT creator can set royalties which are usually around 5%

Folks don't seem to grasp that NFT isn't about stupid jpegs only.

Anything can be a NFT. Your car could be linked to a NFT. Your house, etc. To sell the house, you sell the NFT linked to it. Transactions done across the globe instantly, no banks or middlemen.

NFT's are fascinating. Too bad it's being used only for sales of monkeys and dumb ms paint art.
