The most searched for term is "lesbian" cumulatively, it's also first in women favs, but only 6th fav of men. Am i missing something or more woman watch porn these days than man? According to their own stats not, it's around a 30/70 split:

Or another weird thing: the 2nd most fav search term of women is "japanese", it's the 1st fav of men, but when it comes to the cumulative stats, "japanese" ranks 5, when it should be either 1st or 2nd according to the stats split by gender.

Something doesn't add up here.

Methinks they forgot to disclose that the cumulative stats are for all their visitors and the gender stats are for their registered users (which makes sense). This shows pretty well, if the explanation of stats are not precise enough, they can give the wrong idea.

Interesting stats nevertheless.

Makes you wonder. But there's an explanation: PornHub knows the age of their registered users only (if those disclose it). Some stats apply to all their visitors, others just to their registered users, in certain cases not even to all of them. They left it to us to decide. :)

Thanks mate that's what I thought, these stats are a joke, just a way to make people talk about them. All these data are not robust enough to get solid conclusions.
