Focus on the possibilities you can do with the tools i shared:
the text is great, the sound is good, the image (AI) was great,
the lip sync i was too lazy to past a text,
the head movements can be better if the background was darker...

The reviews is the one who can decide if the channel is eligible for monetization or not.
with videos like that, i don't think they will accept it. but you can be creative with the editing.
 
Anyone know what Ai tools they used? The subtle gestures and realistic voice inflections are killer! Best one I know for audio is Revoicer but haven’t found a platform with realistic models that have good lip sync
