This video could change your life

So much shit I'd love to know how to play now lol.

what helps me the most is closing my eyes and envisioning the life I want to have and know that there's nothing stopping me from achieving this but myself. When I was a kid my mom said you can be anything you want to be and I never took it seriously but when you want something bad enough it will become reality. You only live once so you should have no regrets. This is my favorite saying to keep me motivated:

"I will never look back on life and say I wish I had, only I'm glad I did". If you want to do something in your life there is no reason that you shouldn't do it.

Except intellectual barriers, education, political turmoil, high unemployment, lobbyists, and of course legal barriers?

See above... I have pursued things with all of the passion, intelligence, hard work and ability I had (which I'm sure your average joe would say is considerably more than most people are capable of offering)
I've had those things crumble around me many times...
That's when I found out... I was doing it wrong. Now I've had, by far, the most success I've ever had... because I gave up my dreams, intellectual goals, and own interests and pursued one assumption:
"The world is full of mind-blowingly dumb people. Not only is it full of them, they make up the overwhelming majority. How can I capitalize off the fact that it will all burn to the ground soon, and most importantly what will people still spend money on as it all burns around them..."
Trust me when I say, the money I was making when I worked for bulge brackets in college is nothing compared to what I'm making now... My retirement date is tentatively next May.

I plan to never work a day as a nuclear engineer (even though I'm quite passionate about well-fusion and believe it is attainable within a decade if properly funded). Rather I believe I will go and selfishly pursue my garage tinkerings, building sail boats, and sailing around the Mediterranean.
For whatever reason the world values allowing some moron the "right" to go to community college to pursue physical therapy degrees rather than attainable, and cheap, fusion.
In particular the 10^9 fusor relation to radius is actively and, apparently, being scaled up without serious issues:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polywell This project is not being done where i go to school unfortunately, but I have been doing a lot of research on the Tehran effort.

No offense, but for someone who claims they are smart, you seem rather dense.

The fact that you can do whatever you want, means you don't let anything get in your way.

Maybe you don't agree with everything in this thread, but you don't have to shit all over it, and go off again, about how smart you are and everything you have.

My advice, probably, would be far more of value to you than watching that video.
I'm still attempting to assist people, as I wish someone kicked my ass and told me the "cake is a lie" when I was 18.

Likewise, I wouldn't even consider myself that intelligent. I went to school with far more intelligent people (geniuses really).

I think, my life will be changed from tomorrow cause I have watched that inspirational video.

great videos, great stuff to watch to keep you going

You See the thing is, you will never get a teacher like that. Because, if someone was successful and motivational, they wouldn't have a job as a teacher.

That's ridiculous. There are those out there that love teaching, and have a passion to help others. Success for someone may be to be the best teacher possible, and change as many lives as possible.

My dream, which perhaps might soon be a reality, is to become the President of the United States of America and to take over the World. Perhaps this happens soon. Unlike Hitler, I was actually going to do it, mostly with nonviolence. Well, then again, I'm way smarter then some stupid idiot that needs a military to control people...

Totally agree. A bum could be successful if in his own mind all he wanted to do was be free from literally everything. If he was happy and thought he was successful in his own mind, who is to say he is not? My mom is a teacher and A Dr of education. I went the other direction but she still encourages me to do my thing. But never once does she think what she does is not successful. She dedicated her whole life to helping people and money never meant anything to her.

Success is not money. Those who think that will be very unhappy when they get there. Success is being content and happy with whatever you accomplish. It is a goal that is determined by YOU! I did this to prove to myself that I could do it. If making just ten bucks in profit from IM was a goal to someone out there and they succeeded in that goal, then they were successful

It is really hard to understand black people talking if your main language is not english

People become successful by motivating others to become successful :o

That guy's voice is hard to listen to.

Is he actually successful in his own right or he is just successful because he motivates other people like Tony Robbins?

I love this quote

"

  • To succeed, you must have tremendous perseverance, tremendous will. "I will drink the ocean", says the persevering soul; "at my will mountains will crumble up". Have that sort of energy, that sort of will; work hard, and you will reach the goal.

Just like Brian Tracy used to say "You become what you think about most of the time"

This man is totaly capacity...really, very true speach...so true but so easy...love it. And he is right in everything.
