This vendor who holds like 20+ offers on Clickbank, including top ones with 100+ gravity such as hair loss protocol. Her name is supposedly Ana and I can't get my head over this logic... She doesn't allow every random affiliate promoting her products to avoid spam etc., which I completely understand, but look at this.. I applied through that affiliate page, well, the reply was supposed to come within 48h according to that page. I haven't got any confirmation email, and all of sudden around 10 days later (!) I get an email that products are whitelisted and I'm free to promote it but I'll get banned if I spam it. Yeah, but the affiliate links still don't work for me - I sent her another email, after 2 weeks of silence another, it's been like 3 weeks and there's no any reply.

I'm pissed off so much here because she is the only vendor in some niches actually, but this logic here... Become vendor, disapprove random affiliates without any reason. I was promoting one product of her like a year ago, when it wasn't blocked, had decent EPC and woah, I can't even get in touch. Just great policy, I recommend promoting this vendor's products to anyone, good luck guys with that.

I promoted two products successfully on CB and when I wanted to add my tracking code to their site to track my ROI on my keywords they never got back to me.

F*ck you. If im going to spend my money and promote you product, you best be getting back to me in 24 hours.

I stopped marketing them, I hate vendors like that.

This is a very common problem in affiliating bussiness. I tried to promote some really big shops who sells real items through ~4 affiliate networks and most of them took ~2 weeks to confirm my application and when I try to contact using all emails I could find and some of the big names not even replied me, their affiliate. Fuck people like that, just wasting our time. If I had resourses to travel and pay fines I would take a flight, come directly to their adress and leave a big clump of shit on their doorstep. I wonder if this would take them 4 weeks to notice.

That is lack of customer support from a vendor's point of view. I dont blame the vendor.

    Think of it like this:
If you had a product that hundreds of people were trying to sell, and you want to maintain a clean ethical business, you would be very picky with who promotes the product.

OP, if you are in direct contact with said vendor, explicitly describe your method of generating sales. If the vendor is worth your time, they should help you out.

Edit: saw that you are active with trying to reach out to said vendor. Choose another product to promote. If the vendor won't help you, don't help them!

Agree with above - if the vendor doesn't seem to care about the affiliates, do NOT promote their products.

If you want to make a good long term income, you need to have a vendor whom you trust and whom you know is always ready to help their affiliates. That way, you can be sure that they are always optimizing their offer, and if you run into any issues, you known they'd be there to support you.

As a rule of thumb, I say if a vendor does not get back to you within 48 hours with a personal and helpful reply (not a canned one), then find another product.
