The search term is super low comp, and the subpages are super long/keyword stuffed hence the rank. If you search for something remotely competitive he ranks only bottom. Minimal backlinks-1-2 each page. Apparently bought dropped domains and then created these subpages. Not rocket science.
OP- if you cannot outrank every one of these aside from livestrong YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG.

First of all, google.ca is fucking dog shit. It's like google put it together over the weekend and hasn't updated it since. Fuck long tail kws you people should be focusing on google.ca. I see absolute fucking garbage in the top ten that shouldn't even be in the top 500 but because it's .ca it ranks. And I'm talking big keywords. It's so useless I can't even use it.
