One of the niches I work within is the "Pharmacy" niche and when doing a search a few minutes ago, a site ranking #3 for a very highly competitive keyword had a "This Site Is Hacked" message listed under it in the search results listing. It was a link placed there by Google and wasn't part of the title or site description. This isn't something that I've seen before and was wondering if anyone else has seen this?

It means the site has been hacked. Very common, especially in that niche.

Useless post, "especially in that niche"? Bullshit.
It means the site didn't update itself, so script-kiddies fucked it up.
No real sensible hacker would ever target a pharmacy site.
