I felt awful for you, man, that had to have been very distressing news.You can block ahrefs from crawling your site, but you can't remove it from their index. They have a database of keywords + search volume for each, and they scrape pages ranking for those keywords. Using a standard CTR curve it's easy to get your organic traffic estimates. Anyways, you can't hide a site with 3M organic traffic per month that easily.
I was "smart" enough to hide it from Google's algorithmic penalty, but I didn't account that there are people who will go cry to their papa JohnMu reporting other folks.
