If its not legal where you live I wouldn't recommend buying.

dont think its legal to ship weed anywhere in the world (for obvious reasons), but i guess you could just buy something cheap and see if it shows up.

also support local business and buy from your closest drug dealer!

Seems like he (that dealer) don't know about the darknet
Or this could be a troll/scam, bad one imo.
