This site has 10K Visits/month with automatic content - How come ?

I've stumbled upon this site :

It seems that it retrieves automatically content from other sites. However, it manages to rank for a lot of keywords and to attract visitors.

Can someone tell me how this is possible ? what kind of script the guy is using ?
Isn't that strange ?
