"this request may be automated" bullshit no matter what i do why?

i am locked from tweeting again already. the account doesnt seem to be blocked as i havent got that message.

Before it wouldnt allow me because i was using the same link in subsequent tweets but now i just cant tweet anything no matter what i type. even just text it wont let me.

How do i get around this dogshit?
