This request looks like it might be automated.

I recently created a twitter account for one of my websites, I manually sent one tweet and two retweets. Now all I get is "This request looks like it might be automated. To protect our users from spam and other malicious activity, we can’t complete this action right now. Please try again later." Nothing I have done is automated, its been a week, what can I do to fix this?

I've only got a couple of other accounts, neither are having issues, I've never pushed social media hard so I'm surprised I'm getting this.
