After liking and following a little too fast on a new PERSONAL twitter account ( NO BOT BUT I DID BUY A FEW FOLLOWERS FROM HQ SELLER ) i get this message. Is this account officially dead and i should deactivate and open an new one or is there still hope?

Also when i said i bought followers i don't know how much of a difference that actually make considering i bought followers on another older and warmed account that has no blocks or restrictions like this.

Give it a day or two and try again. I'm guessing that not everything is lost, have faith

Is just a warning. Take a step back and go easy on the account. It will be fine.

Sometimes refreshing cookies / useragent strings can help going moving forward

How long does it usually take to go away?

I took a 2 day break and tried to like 2 posts today and got hit with the message again.

varies, leave a few more days

If is happening when you manually use your browser, write to twitter and say "WTF IS GOING ON". Don't mention anything you might have done, just tell them to fix their site as it is unusable for you. Just play the role of an innocent indignant user. Probably they won't answer you, but maybe...
