Front end? fucking lol. Backend earns you way, way more. JavaScript?? gimme a break lol

If you wanna earn big money in web development.. Python and PHP is the way to go. And you prob don't really need PHP for backend all that much

We pay our front end dev react contractor £570 a day at my work.

He's not even over paid. The guy we wanted went to Waitrose HQ on £750 a day.

I designed a professional front end site a week ago (for a project)

a) I buy an HTML design in ThemeForest ($20), I could pirate it but $20 is cheap.
b) I adapt it.
c) If I have the database/backend, then I could have the site up and running in a couple of days.

The same site doing from scratch and in react could take a couple of months. So, what is the goal to use react?. Speed?
REACT IS NOT FOR SPEED, the VIRTUAL DOM always ends drawing the real DOM.
