Hey everybody. I'm a student pursuing a computer science engineer who likes to stay busy. VFX editing and photography are my side gigs, but I'm tired of working for other people getting paid nothing. Hoping to use everything here to jumpstart on me on my own journey.

Public forum won't jumpstart anything, that's for sure.
You maybe get motivated cuz of a few earning screenshots, but endpoint is that you have to work your ass hard to get anything achieved. Pick something that sounds interesting and doable for you, beginner mode, and give it a try. Expect failures.

Welcome! You’ll find a lot here but try to stick to one thing once you’ve found it. Can be overwhelming, I’m juggling a lot of stuff right now and I hardly have any free time anymore. Fun though. Good luck.

Computer science is a very interesting field and AI and machine learning is something you can definitely apply in IM

Yes, exactly. But I meant that there are too many changes in IM. Sometimes it's better and quicker to do changes without AI just with old and working algorithms.
