This shit is creepy. I'm not going to give anyone any ideas, wouldn't want to see the Internet turn into derp land. That being said someone should nuke that website so it never comes back for generating all that garbage. Some of those faces were deformed.

I think the majority just used real people. I remember one exit scam ICO who literally jacked their images off a law firms 'team' page.

That's a bit amateur.
If someone is semi-pro at image stealing, he/she simply uses pics, which cannot be found via reverse image search. The images on most social networks aren't indexed on Google. What are the chances that anyone will ever find out, that someone used their pics?! It can happen, but rarely.
