You definitely need to read more into SEO. There's more to it then just backlinks...
Web 2.0s are currently the best way to build directly to your money site. But you can't just link automatically. You need to think like Google and make it look natural.

Do not buy links from fiverr. At least not for your Tier 1 Links.
And also check out the traffic before you starting backlinking. It's unnatural to have 10 views per day and build 200 backlinks per day.

Either way, don't use fiverr to impact your money site. If you build enough tier 1's (web 2.0's typically) to ensure your domain won't just get screwed for 5 bucks, and the gig is actually done correctly, it'll cost you less instead to buy a service here for $100 because of all the accounts that are needed.

Don't buy fiverr! Buy BHW! and keep the money in the family. Plus you will receive much better quality, and gain some real IM contact in the process. On fiverr you have no ideal who you are dealing with, but on BHW each and every one of us are held accountable for our actions. Your way better off going with BHW.
