Hello BHW! It's been a long time since I started a thread here! This one is intended for people who are still struggling to rank their websites on Google.

I've been seeing many people pay huge money for PBNs, guest posts, SAPE posts, and many other powerful links out there. They spend hundreds of dollars on links and hours optimizing their on-page, and all that is perfectly done, but they still can't get to the first page.

The thing most people struggling to rank are missing is the fact that in link building, power is not the only important factor. There is also the diversification factor, or the "natural" factor. Take a huge website like Bodybuilding.com, which seems to rank for millions of keywords. If you examine its backlink profile, you will not see the same anchor text (or few anchor texts) such as "supplement store" or "bodybuilding forum" on all the links. Instead, you will see thousands of different anchor texts embedded in a natural way. You will also see that it not only has powerful links from powerful websites, it also has average links from your average blog. That's the natural link profile Google loves! Now I am not saying you should attempt getting natural links (no blackhatter does that of course!) nor am I saying you should get crappy links from average websites. What I am saying is that you should make your links look natural, by diversifying them.

So the next time you purchase PBN links, don't use the same keyword anchor on all of them, but diversify a lot. And don't let one type of links consist your backlink profile. i.e., instead of only using PBN links, use PBN, blog comments, blog posts, guest posts, social signals... anything high quality that you can get your hands on.

Remember: Power + Diversification = good links

I hope I helped, have a nice day everyone!
Peace.

Seems to be very true, thank you for pointing out, will consider this next time I buy some links!

I find the problem is I can rank a site fast and easy with main keyword / naked URL. I know that site will very likely be hit. Or I can take it slow, make less money, then hope my slow less money site will not be hit.

Sure, your approach could be good for some niches, such as those that are hot for a small period of time, but for most others, the longer the site is up, the more money it makes. Besides, I've noticed that this technique ranks relatively fast.

I like the fact that your reply implies not to just read everything on here and follow. Test and prosper!

thanks for information. i beleive that nowdays social media traffic is powerful too.

I love reading your post man lol

Now from what was said in the OP its nothing really new and I actually use exact anchor for all my powerful link and use generic, url, branded, partial for the less powerful links.

Haven't had a problem yet and I don't see the benefit of making a PBN quality link "click here" lol

I agree with you chaabanov.. Diversification is one of the real natural factor.. It's much important when we come to linkbuulding techniques.. Stop creating all links for the particular targeted kw.. Do consider the generic anchors and diversify a lot.. It values a lot though you dint build for targeting KW's..

What OP said is true. Do it like that and never worry about any updates.
i have seen websites rank in competitive niches that have invite script on it and for example to get specific thing you need to invite for example 5 friends to unlock page. For example with fb ads promotion you get traffic and people will take care of website promotion and that will be natural ranking. The sites i observed doesnt have any powerfull links just a lot of social signals and natural backlinks from a lot of people that post around web just to unlock that page.

From my research I've found out that social signals count alot, even more than that, you can rank #1 ONLY with social signals.

Thank you tho for the share!

Thanks for sharing this OP, some great information there and definitely some information I will keep in mind!

Thanks for Sharing OP ! Should we also Diversion spammy links with good Links . I Mean is if we got 99 HQ Links then should be get 1 Spam Link to make it more natural for Google

Basically what you are describing is very "white" hat. Nothing really new.

No, that's not what I'm saying. Always use good links, don't go for spam. But use different types of links with different anchors. For example: use blog posts & blog comments and diversify your anchors. The quality will differ of course, but make sure both links are at least of good quality.

Link building, and even more link purchasing, is black hat no matter how it is practiced

Good point! I already had good results with diversity links.

How many types of anchors do you recommend per 1000 links

it depends actually but it's in the range of 200-250 for the main keywords, and the rest for anywhere between 30 to 400 anchors, just rough figures so don't take my word for it :)
