so should I submit domain under fake name? or would an affiliate network like Max*Bounty see that as bad? p.s. i want to do incentive offer.

People are getting too hung up on *potential* legal problems. Register your domains in a fake name or just use whois protection if you are really worried about it. As long as you don't consistently hammer the same store over and over and over, I can't see them taking any legal action. Just spread your work accross a number of different stores, you are spoiled for choice.

Another thing, feel free to discuss with your AM that you are promoting offline OR don't tell them shit and say your promoting using PPC and have blanked the referrer because you don't want the advertiser stealing your keywords. Either way you are delivering quality leads with this method which will back out for advertiser, who will pay the network so everyone will be happy.
 
iv been doing this method on and off for like two years now and it definately works never gave much thought to outsourcing as i usually spent3-4hrs a day and always makw triple digits the money is out there you just have to be hungry for it

the only legal issues from this that could arise is "trespassing" charges but they have to ask you to leave first. if you don't that's when you can be arrested for trespass

I dunno about overseas, but if you are going to try this out in the states, be sure to check into your local ordinance laws regarding solicitation.

I can guarantee it will be illegal without a solicitors license, but the penalty may not be severe enough to dissuade you.

Doing this in parking lots that are privately owned, like those out side the wal-mart for example, is at least in violation of trespassing.
 
Wow this is so simple. not to mention itd be so hard to get saturate. im just thinking the douche retail manager would get one under his windshield wiper and report the site or something for fals advertising, etc... probably not though

also tried other 2, don't like them either, zaypay is non-U.S.
