An average position of 11.6 means Google is already testing your pages, and 7.5K impressions in under three weeks is a good sign. The only metric I'd focus on improving is the 0.4% CTR. That's usually a title/meta description issue, especially if you're ranking around positions 8–15. As those pages move onto the first page and you improve your titles, the clicks should increase. I'd keep publishing content and avoid making major changes this early. The trend looks more important than the raw numbers, and yours is heading in the right direction.
 
Fair enough If the goal is flipping consistent traffic growth will matter a lot more to buyers than squeezing out a slightly higher CTR.
 
I’d look at the overall direction of the project a site with clear potential and improving numbers is usually more attractive to buyers.
