There are quite a few topics at BHW talking about him, I think the only reason why he is hated is his head.
 
I just used ubersuggest for a few things today. He's fun to laugh at for whatever reasons lol ... But I have learned a thing or two from him... His basics are solid

I'll read his content that he so thoughfully "curates" for me but I refuse to listen to his fucking voice. His voice is one of my few pet peeves
 
If you don't mute his mails, your email box will fill up with idk like 100000 mails in under a week, had to report and mute.
 
I find him annoying af, whenever I searches for any tech or seo thing and if his blog is listed, i simply move past to it, he simply write long tail kws and rank them but inside you find 1000 words of useless article with selling of some shitty ebook.
 
He is a good businessman and marketer. He earns millions through his content and products. That's all it matters.
 
Neil was the first one who drew in so many Newbies. If you don`t know sh**, Neil is a great marketer who will make you think you earning billions. When you start knowing sh**, You just straight up wanna smack his head off. He probably outsource everything he does and lies most times about stuff. He`s a good marketer though
