Upwork is full of those as well.
Plenty of jobs require 8-12 hours and they offer a $30 budget.
You just have to skim through them and ignore them.
They live in a different world.

I have also dealt with clients like this. I have seen many on fiverr that want you to build a site just like facebook or even a freelance platform like fiverr for $5.

clients like these are not worth the trouble even when you just want the review and not the money because most of the time they leave no review or a negative review.

yeah but generally upwork clients spend more money compared to fiverr. the whole fiverr $5 shtick has ruined their platform though they are trying to move way from it but there are still a lot of cheap ass buyers.

There are a lot of quality gigs for $5, I would personally feel bad to pay such a low ammount.
But some of them have working set up and doing 20/30 orders a day, so then it becomes nice hourly rate.

The original $5 rate Fiverr offered served a good purpose in branding the mini-gig concept, while introducing an affordable and convenient platform for buyers and sellers to engage in such services. For sellers, getting started was as simple as creating an account and a gig page, which worked as fast as setting up an affiliate url. Fiverr made it easy for a low-end buyer to dip their toe in freelancing, including learning the business reality of taking a $5 loss if the gig didn't work out for them.
I don't blame Fiverr for moving beyond this foundation to improve its overall reputation, but it won't change the fact that inflexible bottom feeders are going to bottom feed. One suggestion for sellers is to charge at a price point low enough to still attract buyers, but high enough to compensate the labor effort involved. If the current minimum wage is $15.55 and it takes two hours to finish a gig, you could decide to charge, say $36-40 for it (to at least cover the labor and gig fees). Explaining this approach might be a way to negotiate with buyers who are more reasonable.
