What do you know about your traffic demographics? Are they the art lovers, looking for tattoo ideas, tattoo artists...or maybe a combination of all? Have you considered offering "visibility" type advertising to artists? Sort of like a buysellads type deal only you'll also share their branded ad/image on your tumblr, instagram, etc for a fee.

To be honest I would sell it with that price as its not easily monetized niche and social traffic doesn't convert that well. The price what you have been offered is great compared what is the site revenue and value of all social accounts. With the money you could start in some other niche which would be easier to convert.

Why don't you find something on Clickbank to sell and make a video(s) and use that traffic to boost up your video views and rank a few videos.
