A sub domain would be http://www.example.ibeautymedispa.com.au.
The URL you gave is just a normal link to a file on the server.. not a subdomain.
Also how do you have 190 posts but not know this ! Unless you wanted to promote your site so you made this thread for only that purpose..

The correct term is called a "Subfolder"
"Subdomains" come before the domain name.
Example of both:
Subdomain: http://subdomain.yoursite.com
Subfolder: http://yoursite.com/subfolder
Subfolders can also include more single pages in some cases although not often used such as:
http://yoursite.com/subfolder/page-title
But this would only really be good for trying to have multiple pages on one topic.
The site link you posted is simply a subfolder for that particular site.
