This is exactly why you are in a desperate state right now! You worked so hard to run a successful ebay business. They get a wild hair up their asses and ban you and now you are screwed, glued, and tattooed. This is a PERFECT example of why it's important to have MULTIPLE streams of income.
Dont waste your time or money on a lawyer. It's better spent in trying to diversify your revenue sources.

Call that girl... Do some nasty things with her to get rid of the stress and after that come home with clear head and without any anger and start to think about new business ideas... Dont waste your money on some stupid lawyers... you will lose even more...

why bit just open more eBay accounts and play them at their own game. It's not difficult and it won't cost you every penny you have.

Try to sue them. Please tell us how that works out lol. eBay usually doesn't ban people for no reason unlike Paypal who will ban you if they hear you sneeze. You clearly did something wrong. Just accept it and create or buy a stealth account.

REAL entrepreneurs know how to get back up, and stand up stronger every time they get knocked down. If you can't do that, natural selection has run its course.

Look what happened to me. I was making HUGE money for over a year with Adsense and at the time it was my only online source of income. Most of it was Blackhat and I started getting greedy, so they banned me twice. I found new ways to make money online and I was making really good money again, and after some time I was making just as much money as I was making with Adsense before. I JUST got back into Adsense again and since I have the same methods, I'm making huge money with that again now too in addition to all my other businesses that I started and grew while I was banned from Adsense.
