I work hard and tried to run a successful ebay business before they decided to do one of the worst things and ban me forever. Worst part is they didnt have the decency to even tell me why! I lost it all thanks to them. But I'm not done by a darn chance and will not tolerate their pathetic attempt to ruin my business. This is my final stand friends. Im sowing ebay! Not taking their kicks to my side anymore. I paid for some online lawyer consultation and think I have a case. Time to show them small business matters.

If any member can please advise me the best lawyer they know or some tips pls inform me. Please stand with me and embrace this idea. :)

Hopefully ebay will get one letter from a lawyer and unban your account. For people to make recommendation they must first know what country you're in.
 
Ebay is big gaint, They have one of the best lawyers in the world. Small business doesnt matter to them.

Abhi this is depressing enough brother. We agreed to meet and I have her contact details. But I am putting this off because of my financial situation. Have to pay for a new ebay account, my house, and now this lawyer fee would suck. :(

OP, can you think of any reason that they could have had for banning you? Is there anything that you ever did to violate their TOS?
 
It's their website. They can do whatever they want. They don't HAVE to let you sell there.

okay op take this from an experiance ebay seller with a bit of bad luck you will waste your time money and resources why look at it this way
did you really read there terms and condition during registration? no am 99.99% sure you didnt not because its to damn long yeah? okay so they have this rules and regulation thats stats do not do this do not do that some of the rules are so scrictis that youd think they said do not sign up we will fuck you up!,the will most definately use this agains you there are tremendous amount of people with even more bigger bussiness than yours they have taken the battle and lost before even the battle began just check for an ebook call eabay stealt or visit aspkin.com to purchase a new account trust me its way more simpler,
 
I used to sell on eBay, between them and PayPal they made it hard, due to fk all reasons other than because they could. Guess what I did? I fucked them off and found better ways to make money online, ways that my money and business was not dictated by morons. Go get a lawyer and keep playing the pissy PayPal / eBay game, keep doing it till you are about to crack through playing their childish games, that is the way to go in life. The reason why eBay and PayPal still exist is because of people like you, people who will rollover and let eBay and PayPal crack one off all over them, get back up and do the same dumb fucking thing again and again and again because they know no better.
 
Spend the money on a new account and start over. Try to dispute the current case yourself in the mean time but dont waste money on a lawyer and take that girl out sex i better then ebay anyways

Bud, don't waste your time and money... your not gona get anywhere with them...

Their TOS will protect them, and you will be left with a big lawyer bill.
 
The only money I ever made from eBay was from f*cking them. Some of you who have been around a long time might remember what I mean.
