This Is How You Master Proxies!

For some time now I was a total "noob" to proxies, and didn't have any idea on how to get them, or even where to get them.

If you've looked around for proxies you KNOW that they can either be crappy, not working, or if you go the paying route very expensive.

Well here's a better way to master proxies, and I figured it out after hours of searching.

Step 1:


When you go to Forum Proxy Leecher site, download their product (free).

Install it (make sure you run anti-virus before installing just in case).

After you install it, select the following two forums:

proxy-heaven and checkedproxylists, then click "start leeching"

Step 2:

After you got thousands of proxies, then save them in a notepad file, and download Elite Proxy Switcher:


Run anti-virus, then install it.

Now you open up Elite Proxy Switcher, and load / import the notepad file you've saved from forum leecher.

Then you have it go through the proxies.

Delete the ones with a red 'x', level 1, level 2, and ONLY KEEP the Level 3.

Then save this into a file.

Now rerun Elite Proxy Switcher with ONLY the level 3 proxies, and delete anything over 1500 seconds (you can sort them).

Then once you have that list, save it over the previous level 3 proxy file.

And rerun Elite Proxy Switcher 2-3 more times to delete anything over 1500 or anyone with red 'x'.

Now once you have the final level 3 list, then just save them by overwriting your previous level 3 file.

Now you can click on any proxy that you want and hit "connect" and you INSTANTLY switch IP to the proxy. Once you no longer need the proxy, then hit "disconnect". (They are both the same button)

That's it!

Now you've MASTERED PROXIES!

Your thread that was stickied was pretty confusing. Especially to people who have no idea how proxies work in general, how to switch them and disconnect them, etc.

The way that I found is pretty simple, and works like a charm.

It's INSTANT, and requires NO WORK.

If you can't figure out how to copy and paste a list into a program that you just have to unzip and configure by following itemized screenshots, I'm not sure you belong on the internet.

If you legit believe your INSTANT and NO WORK method will make someone a MASTER of proxies overnight, I and several others have been doing this all wrong for a little while now.

@ape - good points all around, and your tutorials are very easy to follow. I learned a lot from reading your tuts and your posts here in the prox forum.

For anyone thinking about using Elite Proxy Switcher, you really should glance at their EULA. Long story short - they're harvesting data from their users. How comfortable does that make you feel as someone seeking to hide behind a proxy? The free version is extremely crippled too, and will include a bunch of shit proxies in the "good list", but that little callback they have in there has always bothered the holy hell out of me.

I use the proxies to make twitter accounts, and it works fine. No problems or "sketchy" proxies to worry about.

My IP is also not used, since after I'm down with using the proxy, I simply disconnect from it via Elite Proxy Switcher, then turn it off.

Works Wonders.

The thing that confuses me is when to use HTTP vs socks... I know the difference, but some programs basically have built in browsers, so do they use HTTP? How do you know what program uses what type of connection? Then there are L1/L2/L3, private vs public....so much...I wish someone wote an ebook explaining how to protect yourself using proxies.

I agree to what ape says. Proxies are way too complex than this.

BTW i did use this method way back when I was a noob and the biggest problem that I faced was - by the time i finish doing all this and start using the proxies, most good ones dont remain good anymore and some bad ones turn good as well; that is how public proxies work.

Let me know if someone apart from the OP has used this method to their advantage.

For people who really want to learn about proxies - USE BHW and GOOGLE.......remember there is no shortcut.

Yes it is Step 1 of Blackhatting, but the more I learn, seems like the more options, configs, programs, settings, etc there are. The OP wasn't much more help than the sticky that ApekillApe put up, but now I'm scratching my head trying to figure out how to not have to do all this and just have my own so I can move on to blackhatting. So many options though just like the rest of all this blackhat stuff.

finding a reliable proxy supplier is defi the way too go

i understand that when you first start out that you always want to do everything for either free or cheap but once you have the money its worth what they usually charge
