Bidding on competitor brand keywords is nothing anything new - like at all.

My clients do it and our competitors do it on our keywords as well.

Yes, some good stuff here but most people here seem to be working at walmart and dreaming about their potential spamming career on weekends (nothing bad about it, but with most users attitude it'll stay in dreams category forever)

I'm really surprised by that as well. Bidding on competitor keywords is as old as keyword bidding itself.
