This is how idiotic Bing Ads Support People Are

So been doing appeal after appeal for 3.5 months. Today they tell me "sorry your account is past due 6 months which is why you were suspended and you cannot be reinstated anymore because of not paying for so long".

If I've been suspended for 3 months, how the hell am I past due 6 months....

They are complete 1000% idiots, and I don't even know WHY they have a support team.

They either copy and paste answers and don't help OR they just give you wrong information.

What is the point of bingads support, I never met more morons for support in my life.

Your frustration is understandable. In Google Ads, their human-based support is also pathetic. If you are by any chance using Google Ads, NEVER contact their human-based support, as they are trained to fuck-up Google Ads accounts, in order to drain ad budgets.

Same goes with Google Ads support from experience

What else you'd expect from a conglomerate ?
