Well, I have been playing a lot lately with video marketing on Youtube, trying to get more traffic and leads to my blog and at last I found something so interesting it made my Giggle like a teenager puppy.

I combined a few things together that allow me to rank almost any video in the top results of YT for 10+ keywords, it skyrocketed my traffic!

I have combined:
1. YT's algorithm is now so fast that your videos are ranked within seconds to minutes since the moment you upload them - or update them!

2. There are extentions like vidIQ (not related to them) that show you for each of your video's tags where the video is ranked

So, here is what you need to do:
A. Install vidIQ (this is the chrome extention) or something similar

B. Generate as many keywords related to your video, niche, use any keyword tool you'd like (most of them are free), I'm using my own keyword tool (I developed it)

C. Copy ALL the keywords to your video description (don't worry, we will handle it later to make sure YT won't get angry at you)

D. Copy as many of the keywords to your tag field (you are limited to 500 characters)

E. Save video and wait ~1 minute (or less)

F. Open the video on YT and see on the right side the list of tags and their ranking. Save the keywords who ranked. Delete the tags and copy the next keywords in the list as tags go to E.

After you find all the keywords that rank, choose those you find most relevant, delete all the huge list from your description and rewrite the description integrating the keywords into it.

Ans walla, your video will/is rank(ing) for all those keywords.

Know Vidiq but never really played with it.

hmmm, looks like an interesting method, but my only question is how many of those keywords are actually quality high traffic keywords that it is ranking for?

Depends on the niche. I found for many niches lots of golden nuggets that way.
But, even if you find only lame long tales, ranking your video for 20-30 additional keywords is always good and for the long run you'll get more traffic (which is usually high quality, since the LT are usually more targeted)
