I came across this site and i was wondering how do you learn to create something like this. I think its brilliant because it looks real and he even thought about the fake comments in the chat.

People think they will get free resources for their games so they will fill everything in and click on generate but first they have to complete a survey which means the owner will get payed. Since you don't need to download anything it looks legit.
 
The fake comments app can be bought. The seller is of cleanfiles forums

Seems really nice, I just don't like it when someone puts all this effort to create a good converting page and for what? To scam visitors...
It's not that I'm against it, I just never were a fan of PPD with fake files.

Excuse me, do you know if this user is from any forum? Becouse i've seen this being sold somewhere else, and i want to make sure owners are the same person
 
I was actually thinking of creating a site like this, but actually giving the user the content at the end, I have seen a couple sites like this use an exe file that is corrupt giving the false sense that a game that is "leaked" once downloaded is not compatible etc so it puts it off as if its the visitors fault not the actual site that the content does not work. pretty sneaky.
