When running black seo programs such as gsa ser, mr, rankerX, etc., do proxies from multiple countries be used?

For example, if my money site is operated in Japan, is it better to only use a Japanese proxy? Or is it better to use a mix of proxies from different countries?

Using different proxies makes sense, but I don't think Google or any search engine can check which IP created a link on a website
 
I don't think it matters per se, but let's say you have a website with a niche in Italian, it couldn't hurt to use proxies from Italy.

But as far as I understand, it's not necessary unless you're concerned about the footprints you're leaving.
 
I think you can use proxies from mixed countries without having problems
 
you can use proxies from any country in your seo programs. the only issues you may have is that some sites block visitors from certain countries, and if you are scraping serps you may get more geo-targeted results displayed
